Shipping policy

We offer free shipping to many countries. Goods are shipped on regular workdays, Monday to Friday. Orders are sent with DHL worldwide. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping time is 14 working days.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

Our products are shipped directly from the country of manufacture (outside the USA). As a result, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees according to the laws and regulations of your country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
